Join us help 9 year old Zoey Grace Da Silva beat cancer

Zoey’s Story

Zoey Grace Da Silva is a charming 9-year-old girl, who is crazy about sports and full of life. Unfortunately, in December 2020, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Type B).

In October 2021 Zoey received her Bone Marrow Transplant and after 1 year, her parents were hopeful that the cancer was gone and she could return to a normal life.

Unfortunately in December 2022, they found out that the cancer had returned and they need to start more aggressive chemo and have been told CAR T-Cell Therapy is their best option to beat this Cancer.

They are now doing everything they can for their ZoBear so that we can send her to Israel to one of the best hospitals for CAR T-Cell Therapy with an initial cost for the treatment of $100000 (+- R1.7 million rand).

Appeal for Funding

The best possible option for Grace to beat this cancer is to do the CAR-T Cell Therapy. This option is only available overseas and comes at a hefty cost. The most affordable option is performed in Israel at a minimum cost of $100 000 (R1.7 million rand).

This excludes the finances they would need to make provision for her to be there for 2- 6 months. These would also include accommodation, flights, additional treatments while overseas etc.

Although expensive, this is Zoey’s best option of living a cancer-free life.

We are appealing to ANYONE who would be willing to contribute in any way ( monetary or otherwise) to help this courageous girl get the best possible care. Crazy Pets are helping Zoey get her treatments and we ask you also help Zoey beat cancer.

She deserves to get her life back on track and be able to face the future with optimism and excitement as the bubbly and happy-go-lucky girl she is.
