Eligibility:

• The competition is open to South African residents only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• A valid South African passport is required (valid for at least 6 months from the trip’s return date).

How to Enter:

• To qualify, entrants must purchase R500 or more of Montego products (Karoo, Classic, Monty & Me, or Bags O’ Wags) must be spent in a single transaction at any Crazy Pets store.
• Only purchases of Montego products qualify for entry. Purchases of other brands or products will not be eligible.
• Every slip with R500 or more is counted as a new entry.
• Fill in your details in-store at the point of purchase to enter.

Prize Details & Conditions:

• Prize Package:

  • The winner will receive a trip for two to Victoria Falls, including:
    • Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge (breakfast included).
    • Return economy flights for two from South Africa.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product, service, or travel destination.

• Prize Redemption & Travel Dates:

  • The winner will be provided with a selection of available dates within which the prize must be redeemed.
  • Travel dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed within the timeframe specified by CrazyPets.

• Expenses & Exclusions:

  • The prize does not include:
    • Any additional meals beyond breakfast.
    • Excursions, activities, or tours during the trip.
    • Personal expenses such as shopping, phone calls, and gratuities.
    • Travel insurance, which is the responsibility of the winner.
    • Any other costs incurred outside the stated prize package.

• General Conditions:

  • The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner and their selected travel companion.
  • If the winner is unable to travel on the provided dates, the prize may be forfeited.
  • CrazyPets reserves the right to modify the prize details if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Competition Period:

• Entries close on 30 April 2025.
• Winners will be chosen by the end of May 2025.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected via a random draw and informed by Crazy Pets Head Office.
• If the winner cannot go on the trip within the outlined time frame, Crazy Pets will try its best to accommodate alternative arrangements. However, if no suitable arrangements can be made, the prize will be forfeited.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

General Conditions:

• Entries are valid only for purchases made at Crazy Pets stores nationwide.
• The decision of Crazy Pets regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Exclusions:

• Employees of Crazy Pets, Montego, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Liability:

• Crazy Pets reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice
